I often think about all the guinea pigs I've had and wish that they were still around. I miss each one because their personalities were so distinct. So, with that in mind, here's a little homage to "The Girls."
I remember when you first introduced us to the girls. It seems like such a short time ago. They each had very distinct personalities. It's sad to think they're gone now. But, as you say, they won't be forgotten. Thanks for all your work in setting up this blog.
I'm a technical writer, graphic designer, and overall knowledge junkie. I am once again happily employed as a Technical Writer in the aerospace industry at AeroVironment, Inc.
My interests involve everything related to nature, animals, medicine, science and technology. I'm a self-proclaimed "techno-geek" who enjoys using the computer in addition to learning new software.
A few years ago, I purchased a two-toned purple Yamaha V-Star Custom 650cc motorcycle which I currently enjoy riding. Despite a few minor "spills" and a bee sting on my thigh while riding 50 mph, I still love to cruise through the country roads that surround my area. Motorcycling is the closest that I can come to flying.
When I'm not riding, then I love to work on things that allow me to satisfy my creative side-such as photography, and creating 3D artwork on my Mac.
My husband and I share our lives with our guinea pig named Pudge.
